Go to the DR!!!!
The bladder infection test will just be to pee in a cup. But, you can't stay away from the gyno forever, no matter how terrifying. I hate going, but there are things that can go on down there that can kill you if you don't get them taken care of. Trust me, 5 minutes of poking is worth it.
