I think the list is of the games that are easy to emulate. There's no excuse for games like Project Gotham Racing, Panzer Dragoon, and Splinter Cell to not be on there. I guess the more technologically demanding the game is, the harder it is to emulate. Or something like that!

It's about ROI for these guys. They can make a killing emulating easy games instead of spending the time emulating more complex games.
