I've been on a Jack Johnson kick lately. I just like his style.
That being said....
Better Together is a nice little ditty. Mostly acoustic guitar work and fairly easy to bump out.
Banana Pancakes is another one. A little harder to learn and little more difficult to beat out if you try to sing along.
In another thread sgn43 mentioned John Mayer. Your body is a wonderland is a beautiful song.
