I think it is funny that you quoted wikipedia because I was the one that made about 20% of the post on that site. Including the rhyme:
Remember, remember the fifth of November,
Gunpowder, treason and plot,
I see no reason why gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot.
Yeah, wikipedia is great.
