there's something ironic about not being able to wear costumes at Walt Disney....
I'm all about personal responsibility... but mom is the problem in this case, not the little miscreant... Mom approved this kids wardrobe before sending him off to school... Ignorance of the rules on mom's part is no excuse.. .Mom should be walking around in her underwear all day...
What lesson did the kid learn by having to wear his undies all day?
