Your concerts are too big. You need less bands and more time for each band.

On a large, revolving stage, I'd have the following acts. Each would do a jam, and then the stage revolves...

The Grateful Dead
Led Zeppelin
Allman Bros (with Duane, of course)
Jimi Hendrix

Stage 2. Small venue. Coffee House. 150 max.
Beatles (Revolver, Sgt. Pepper)
Neil Young
Bob Dylan
John Denver
