just saw this covered on CNN tonight, talked about the reporter and everything. said that a poll of american scientists said in 1986 that the technology is there to do it. they had a general on who denied it, but the reporter that quit said it was japanese mafia using old soviet technology. also coincidentally, the U.S. military facility that would do such a program if it did in fact exsist was in mississippi and was completely destroyed by hurricane Katrina.
