I know what it's like. Friend has a boat and we sometimes take it over to the awesome famous Sydney Fish Markets and get seafood.
We have the oysters fresh on the boat with lemon and Guinness - fantastic.
Recently we've been cooking Mussels and having them with fresh lime and pepper.
