That's exactly what I thought. I do agree that there probably are people who get modifications to shock, whether it's getting as many visible piercings as possible, or something as odd as possible to impress people with, but I doubt he runs around nude or uses it as a conversation starter ("Hi, I'm Dave and I've got a split cock.."
