Sure, the big12 can argue. and some of their teams (*cough* Texas) are undoubtedly elite, as CFB goes. but to say the conference as a whole is stronger than the ACC is definitly open to debate.
I don't think USC will even make it to the Rose bowl. They will loose at least one game this year, if not 2. VT has no free pass there either.
But I know how the big12-ACC question can be answered. I'd love to see a Longhorn-Seminole battle in Pasedena in January.
One game at a time though.
