As they are almost every year. I go to Kentucky, and I can't see how everybody here thinks that we are in the toughest conference when the Big Ten is almost always much stronger (and I can't see how anybody can think that UK can win a game against a Div I team, the fans here are the worst). You could make an argument for it being one of the top basketball conferences (prolly not the best, but they're up there), but Florida, Tenn, and maybe LSU are the only annual contenders.
