i think that if you look more closely at his site that you would find that seems to be his point of view...
from what i can tell so far is that he is saying that some other nation (earthbound or not) is controlling this power & that these airplanes flying 'contrail' missions are doing so to as to have a reference point to view / analyze / assess this power...
i have only taken a somewhat quick look at this guy's site - so far to me it seems kinda cool, strange, scary, bizarre, wacky & looney all rolled up together.
is it really enough to quit your regular job for to pursue?
