I finally got a chance to play the demo. The demo seems lacking, but the potential is there. Little things like whether or not you bother to move the body, whether or not you hide the weapon look like they have the potential to affect the outcome later.
In addition, I think you have to do the right things to keep your mood meter up. Spoiler: Did anyone else try to rush out without paying the bill? That freaked my character out when the waitress stopped him at the door.
I also like the way they pieced the game together for dramatic sequences, like when the cop is walking to the bathroom.
I'm also just impressed that they did for a branching storyline, which just takes so much more dialog and animation to put together well.
One question: Spoiler: Is there a way to not have the bum give that ominous walk down the alleyway?
