Sex during the Period isnt much different than regular sex.
Really the only difference? You need more foreplay, not quite as rough sex, you'll notice an iron-like smell, and you'll want to clean off your penis afterwards (wont be much usually, but there might be a little strip of blood). Lay the sheets down and have fun.
