i've loved the sport of basketball for some time now. i rooted for the lakers before they sold out and turned into the bulls with gold jerseys. my fav player was nick van exel and was crushed when the lakers traded him. so i'm rooting behind him and the mavs all the way.
however, since i have not had a fav team since the lakers --> bulls transition, i've just been a fan, and watched the game. good going directv.
