Well there is nothing I can do about this unless I just report them to the BBB. No one will talk to me about this issue, so basically I am screwed. I have talked to Best Buy and HP. I did some research and the laptop did come out around the same time that the laptop was first registered. So there is a strong possibility they sold me a used laptop. Another reason that it probably was used is the laptop was not on display anymore, it was in the back. Someone didn't wan't it and returned it or something. Who knows....
