My feeling? It's their own darn fault.
Look, given the heat the previous incarnations of the game had already taken from all & sundry, it stands to reason that if you leave something as dorky as this in the code SOMEONE on the internet is going to figure out how to get to it and then splat it all over the place. Yeah, Hilary went off too heavy, very definitely, but she would have had no ammo if Rockstar hadn't been so stupid in the first place.
