Vitamin: once daily, sometime twice. (i've basically stopped for now though)
thingstodo: i know it's not a substitute, but i've seen doctors make mistakes in diagnosis as well, when i was little and i was suffering from whooping cough, chronic coughing until i start to choke on the floor type stuff for 2 months, my doctor tried to tell me it was a cold.
