it's not an ingrown hair, by 'under the skin' i mean it's literally under the first layer of skin... without knowing too much about anatomy, i'd have to guess it's either in the layer of veins, or on the erectile tissue.
i know that the final say should be from a doctor, but like i said, at the present state it's a little bit difficult to present my case to a doctor to get a real, useful answer..
