Yeah I wouldn't worry about it but that is just MY opinion. Most bumps are natural on the penis especially if you haven't had sex. But if this really bothers you go see a doctor especially before you ever have sex. (remeber you are just giving us a vague picture online, do NOT take our word as final)
If it is something bad (worst case scenerio) then you dont want to be responcible for transmitting a STD. Just explain that it just came naturally and you havn't been sleeping around
