this is sippin' takilla -- no limes no salt -- sipping takillas are more like an aged scotch... they have a lot of depth and character and each one has it's own uniqueness... This isn't Jose Cuervo you are drinking and you will probably not want to go back to drinking it
When I've hosted scotch tastings/tequilla tastings or wine tastings I will generally serve bread and water as a pallette cleanser (in the case of tequilla many some nice tortillas or a flat bread) Crackers would be fine but a little boring and the salt might interfere.
