So I went to their website and wrote them a letter on their "contact us" link.......
Guess what I got back as "undeliverable"?

Question or Comment: I have tried to cancel you 4 times since May of
2005.
Today for the first time I actually talked to someone and when told I
wanted to cancel they told me to change CC info.... when told again
this
time sternly I wish to pay nothing and cancel... they returned very
snotty
and said I was cancelled and hung up on me.
You have charged my account some 60 without my permission and unless
refunded, within the week, I am filing a complaint with the Ohio atty
General because I have never recieved ANY services from you and have 3
e-mails sent to you telling you to cancel me. .... all of which went
unanswered.
The reason I sent e-mails was because whenever I called I recieved a
tape
telling me to e-mail cancellation as you were not open or your lines
were
busy.
I am also contesting your charges on my card with my credit card
provider,
unless you credit my account the charges made since May 12th when my
first
e-mail was sent to cancel.
