FCKGW-RHQQ.....

I'd be formatting. I hate to be at a complete loss of help, but if my computer were doing that, I would honestly format without thinking twice about it. My PC has been slow with installers before, and when it happens, I simply format and reinstall Windows. That fixes it everytime.
