My girlfriend is driving a POS ford that's about to die. She has shitty credit, so I'm gonna pay for a decent used car outright and she's going to pay me back.

I want to make sure I don't get screwed on this deal, so how do I work the name on the title? Do I need to put "my name * AND * her name", or what?

Any ideas on this would be appreciated before i screw myself here.
