I'm probably going to be in the minority here, but I don't particularily agree with this sentiment. People will be insecure or not - having products out there that
might help people become more secure isn't a bad thing.
While I don't understand really nor agree with the procedure unless it is done for actual medical reasons, I can't say that just because someone decides to provide the service that they are inherantly bad people...
