I've been following the website since you posted this here. I haven't gone to the gym to meet Pukey and the other NYC folks yet, but I have done the WOD twice now (on the days I have off from karate). If you listen to your body and adjust the workouts when necessary, this is the perfect workout regime - it never gets old and it never stops being hard. Actually, since I made a commitment from the start to try and get through the warm-up every time (which is already a workout in itself for me), getting through three sets of 20 push-ups in karate class has seemed almost easy. (This, from a person who wasn't able to do even one real push-up just three months ago.) I'm finding more and more that my muscles are ready to do it as long as I'm willing to push through the pain.
