All the episodes are available on VHS. You'll probably pay a premium for them on ebay though until they get released on DVD. My locally-owned video store has all the tapes and I've worked my way through them. A few summers ago my friends and me met every Wednesday to watch three episodes or so. It was like a little club, great fun. The later episodes indeed start to lag behind in quality. The network was pressuring Lynch to solve the mystery, something that runs counter to the spirit of the series as well as Lynch in general, if you know anything about him.
