I swear that there were times when I had to get help getting dressed in the morning, my arms were so sore!
The Chelsea Mile was so bad that the instructors let us walk for the rest of the day, meaning no marching...
Chelsea Mile:
100 full range squats (no weight, just your body) followed by a 400m run.
75 " " " "
50 " " " "
25 " " " "
it was so intense, I felt like I was a newborn baby learning how to walk again. We tried to march, and we couldn't keep step. The marching NCO started to scream at us "What the fuck is wrong with you people today?!?" and when we told him, he laughed and said, "Okay, make your way on your own time, but just this once..."
My muscles seemed to be constantly sore and stiff. They also EXPLODED out of my skin at about week 3. It was awesome to see the results like that.
The handstand pushups were very intimidating, and the intensity of every workout was something that I never got used to. I have new respect for body builders, if that is what it takes to get ripped.
Anyone else take a look at the website? Do you health and fitness TFP'ers like what you see? Is there parts that concern you? I want to find a program that fits me best, and sofar this is it. I am always looking for good imput though.
