If they sold you something you didn't ask for, or if they were not clear about what you were buying, or in some way misled you, you should hound them until they correct it. If they do not correct the problem, you ought to report them to your neared better business bureau. In my experience, they will do absolutely nothing at every stage unless you chase them. Good luck.
