Yes, they did... which I'm sure pissed Hellmuth off to no end! He said all last year that he wanted to be the first to 10 bracelets. ;D
This year was definately the year of the pro in regards to the WSOP - a vast majority of the winners this year were semi-famous to world-famous pros... from Doyle and Johnny Chan to Allen Cunningham, Josh Arieh (who DESTROYED his final table in PLO), Mark Seif, JohnnyBax, etc. LOTS of pros won bracelets.
