I tried about 30 programs before I found DScaler. It allows me to play with no lag, but the quality leaves something to be desired. I played around with half a million filters and other do dads within the program and got a "decent" picture, but its nothing compared to my roomates HDTV system. I know my monitor is cabable of alot more (NEC Multisync LCD-Best I could find) so it must be hardware limited by the TV card. If anyone knows how to improve my quality using DScaler please chime in! And thanks for the help everyone!
