I'm a big fan of Antec cases and Power Supplies. I've got an old Full Tower Antec Server case that i've upgraded with an Antec True550 Power Supply. I would definitely suggest at least a 400 watt power supply, since you plan on running all of those drives. Stay away from cases that are too cheap, since they may not be built the best, with round corners, easy accessibility to drive bays, etc.
