I've heard you can turn the rendering feature off, which takes care of the lagging on most cards. I'm about you spend another 60 dollars on a little box thing that turns component outputs to a DVI output that will send a HDTV signal to my monitor, but I'd rather not spend MORE to get this to work. I never watch TV so I'd rather not buy one just for the few times I want to play Xbox.
