I am not that familar with that card, but i know for other manuf's of tv tuner type cards you need to open the tv tuner software and change the input from say coxial to s-video, componet..etc. And some of the ati cards you have to go into the display properties to change were the primary image goes when playing a video, like it will go to the monitor or the s-video connection output. but not to both at the same time. are the cables labeled inputs? i 've made that mistake as well, having it plugged into the output and not the inputs. good luck.
