Yeah....
I was going to suggest just running her computer through yours to the internet via ICS...
You could then shut off her internet anytime you wanted to and get rid of the switch at the same time... I don't usually like to do it that way because it bogs down the 'gateway' pc, but since it's dial-up, I don't think it'll be that big a problem.
