Don't do this with a girl who you're trying to impress. You're gonna send her off
alone to do what? Find another guy or call her boyfriend? At least you should've offered to give her a drink in your room. Even if they say no or act suprised, a girl will expect you to be sexual in some way towards them.
Two months and YOU didn't get in touch with her? Why didn't you get her alone after the chill at the end of driving classes? Getting the cold shoulder like that is one of the ways a girl will get you to come and talk. All it might have taken is to send her a red rose to her hotel room with a note saying something funny that relates to what you experienced together.
Sounds like you're in friendzone now. You've got a lot in common, so I'd be a good friend towards her and leave it at that. Chances are she's a moody person, so maybe it's good to "just be friends" and talk about cars.
