Telus has had such a hot and cold relationship with it's customers for years, and it all coomes down to the lent hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. When they took over BC Tel, a lot of things took a real left turn. It got sok bad for a while that the president sent out a letter to all customers apologizing. Does anyone remember that? Sheesh!
As far as service goes, my DSL is with Telus because the price is still pretty competitive, so to echo Minx's selfish sounding words (but they aren't really
), I just hope my service keeps running.
As far as the workers, I feel bad for anyone caught in turmoil like this and, without taking sides, I, just hope that Telus realizes that it's success comes at the hands of a lot of employees, some good, some not syeo good, but all that should be respected for their work. I hope it all ends soon.
