If you don't want it to freeze, just leave 1/5 of the space empty and pop the cap so it can vent if it's going to freeze overnight. Ethylene glycol is toxic, not safe for use on some plastics, and a pain in the ass to get rid of. Imagine trying to pour it out into containers for disposal if you ever get rid of teh set or move it.
