That's a troll, and cannot be confused with Devil's Advocate. Devil's Advocate was when I stretched the boundaries of ethics in politics to justify the Supreme Court's decision to ban medical merijuana that does not cross state lines on the grounds that it affects interstate commerce. (My argument was that a cheap, home-grown remedy negatively affects the profits of out-of-state pharmaceutical manufacturers and therefore has a substantial impact on interstate commerce and can be regulated by the federal government.)
