i dont find anything at all wrong with your cover of Comfortably Numb. sure it sucked balls, but the point is you guys were amateurs. now as far as these other artists go (avril, britney, counting crows)....they are professionals (or at least they claim to be) and their music is
still a steaming pile of pony loaf. anywho, no one gets anywhere without the guts to try, and you guys were tryin, so i give you points for that.
as far as the worst covers, well....i've heard some pretty bad punk covers of "take on me" by A-ha, "love song" by the cure, etc. i'm a big fan of covers if they're done correctly, but hell, people these days just don't know how to do justice to songs anymore. *shakes head*
