Obviously she's into you. And it's not like she's passed out drunk on the sofa and has no expectation about what might happen to her. She's getting a little tipsy and she wants to have a good time, who are you to argue? To be perfectly honest, it sounds like maybe
she's using the alcohol as an excuse to get her hands on you. I don't mean to say that she's getting liquored up so she can plausibly deny the gropefest (or whatever may happen...), but rather she's having a few drinks to loosen up. Later on she'll use it as an excuse for getting physical with you. "Well, normally I don't do those sort of things, but....there was some beer there and I did get a bit tipsy."

What parameters of what relationship? There doesn't seem to be a relationship as far as I can tell...so, no parameters to follow and no rules of etiquette to abide by. It seems to me that once she initiates and until she says otherwise, the ass is fair game.
