during a make-out, whether drunk or not, ass is certainly fair game unless she objects. If she is kissing you, she's not likely going to mind. As for being drunk, there may be different schools of thought on that, but frankly, each individual is responsible for their own actions. Drunk is not an excuse for ANYTHING. If you (or she, or me or whatever) cannot hold your sauce and your thoughts, don't drink, or be prepared for the consequences. It's been my experience that if a girl starts kissing someone, she rather expects some kind of response. She's tired of waiting on you to make the first move, and has placed the ball in your court, so to speak.
