That's fine cept I believe the Supreme Court ruled on this back in the 70s, and unless they reverse their previous ruling the Union is shit outta luck.
And Euros will still be allowed to enter at 18, whassup with that?
The union should have grown some balls and held out longer if they really were serious about this.
