Controlling an unconcious vaginal response in the tune of many a second would be like using "mind power" to control your heart beat or change your skin temperature. Some people can actually control unconcious repsonses, but they're rare. However, the penis is not exactly a scientific instrument for measuring vaginal behavior. I think women can't truly really fake orgasm (as demonstrated by a brain-machine), but mens' penises CAN be insensitive enough to not notice the difference, even if you're the Almighty Genie of Penises.
