An aftermarket exhuaust on a Prelude will not make very much difference in terms of HP/Kw. If you're looking for an exhaust purely for rice reasons, then obviously, just get a fat ass muffler.
I've never seen a turbo on a Prelude. I think the VTEC is about as good as you'll get.
