"former" could be retired, quit whatever, doesn't automatically = bitter and alienated. Not nice to jump to conclusions especially if there is no foundation. (He probably is a disgruntled employee, but until proven so I reserve judgement.)
Hiding something like this would not be hard for the government.... anyone involved was probably threatened wiith their families lives and look how we do accept people who come forward.... we tear them apart, smear their names and laugh them off, how do we know they aren't telling the truth. It's one of those items that is so unbelievable you don't want to even consider the possibilities.
Plus, unless you are a demolitions and explosives expert, I am sure you could hide anything very very well, especially when only those involved would in fact do the investigating.
As for the government not bombing its own..... hmmmm 3 initials and 1 word.... USS MAINE.
Do I believe our government had anything to do with this.... there's good arguments to, but I cannot fathom Bush and company being that evil. I do however believe that they used this to further their agendas and power, and that if they were to plan some huge event, they probably would have planned something on a lesser level, that didn't affect so many lives.
Although, the government paid out money by the buttloads, unlike any other incident (the previous WTC bombing, OKC, etc.), which who knows everyone paid.... could have been hush money and not to look suspicious they paid everyone off.
And it is very questionable how 3 jets could be hijacked at the exact same time.... but security was pretty lax, and hijackings have happened for years.
I'm sure the conspiracy theories and so on will continue for a very, very long time.
I do think there is more to all this but as far as our government and Bush.... I highly doubt it.
