I saw a stat once (can't remember where now) that women were actually more likely to commit these acts. More woman than men offend; but most of the time it isn't reported b/c the kid (usually of pre-teen age) sees it as a badge of honor among friends. It's a double standard in most cases. I don't think people really thought about women doing these things until the case involving Debra Lefavre (sp?) took place.
