It sounds like she feels like she can talk to you, since she's telling you about all those things you mentioned. If you want, you can just ask her what more you can do to make things better for her. Sex can be a learned skill, talent doesn't just come overnight, so hopefully she's aware of that and patient. It does sound like she's willing to teach so why would she be faking it?
