Don't worry so much about the destination, and whether or not she is having an orgasm, as long as she is enjoying herself and you are , that's what is the most important thing... Women often feel pressured to 'fake' if it's not working, not becuase of somerthing you are doing wrong, but just because it's just not working at the time... and their partner places an importance on the orgasm, like if they didn't have one it wasnt good.
