My nutrition and diet are "ok" and it is definitely balanced enough. I work out in the gym 2-3 times a week and play basketball twice a week as well. I'm going to the chemist today to pick up a bottle of Centrum to try out for the month so I'll see how that goes.
At the moment I'm also looking for a good supplement stack for both before and after my gym workouts (I'm looking to bulk up and lose body fat simulataneously) - any help here would be appreciated.
